To maintain Coolth's reputation for quality emergency service, all partners must meet our stringent standards.
Current F-Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent) required for all refrigerant handling. Must maintain compliance with UK F-Gas Regulations and safety standards.
Trade qualification in refrigeration/air conditioning, or equivalent experience. Commercial refrigeration experience highly valued.
Ability to respond to emergency callouts within 30-60 minutes. After-hours and weekend availability for premium rate work.
Public liability insurance minimum £2M, professional indemnity cover, and full health & safety compliance.
Full refrigeration toolkit including gauges, vacuum pump, leak detector, temperature loggers, and refrigerant recovery equipment.
Reliable service vehicle with secure refrigerant storage, proper ventilation, and professional presentation.
Smartphone for dispatch system, GPS tracking, photo documentation, and real-time customer communication.
Understanding of Food Standards Agency (FSA) requirements for commercial refrigeration work. Ability to maintain cold chain compliance.
